All prices include Breakfast unless you have booked on a Room only basis, and are based on Per Person Per Night basis. Terms and Conditions of Booking detailed below.
- To confirm a booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, payable by Credit/Debit Card.
- The remaining balance is payable on arrival by Cash or Credit/Debit Card.
- If a reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours of your arrival date, no charge will be made (however the deposit will not be refunded).
If a reservation is cancelled under 48 hours notice then payment is due in full by Credit/Debit Card.
- Any guests that "do not show" will be charged in full.
- Check in between 10am and 10pm (outside these times would be by prior arrangements with the Proprietors). Please note we ask for an estimated time of arrival to make sure all guest are well looked after for the start of their holiday.
- It is recommended that you take out UK Holiday Insurance to cover any eventuality.
